Adina Timonea has been a member of the Cluj Bar since 2006, co-founder of the Câmpan & Timonea Civil Professional Law Partnership and founder of TAS Agency.

As an industrial property adviser authorized by the State Office for Inventions and Trademarks (OSIM) since 2012, she holds extensive expertise in industrial property law, commercial law, and intellectual property law. She has represented well-known companies from Romania and abroad in intellectual property disputes, both in negotiation procedures and litigation.
